At PB HATS, each piece is part of a limited, purpose-driven drop. Because of the exclusive nature of our releases, all sales are final and we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Exceptions

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at [pbduxhats@gmail.com]. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product. We’ll make it right.

Please Note:

    •    Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition to qualify for any resolution.

    •    PB HATS is not responsible for sizing issues, postal delays, or lost/stolen packages once shipped.
